1st  Carrollton  State Champions
2nd  Whitewater
3rd  Pike County
4th  Cartersville
Stephens County & Troup County Top 6

How did Cartersville end up in 4th?  They looked flawless to me.  Plus Pike and Whitewater didn't max out and had some mess ups.
